Refund & Return Policy – AroundBy

AroundBy is built for fast delivery of everyday essentials. Due to the nature of our products—especially groceries and perishable items—returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.

1. No Return Policy (Groceries & Perishables)

  • Groceries, fresh items, and perishable products cannot be returned once packed or dispatched

  • This policy ensures hygiene, safety, and quality control

  • Customers are advised to review their order carefully before placing it

Once packed, no return. No exceptions for perishable goods.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be provided in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing items in the order

  • Damaged or spoiled product at the time of delivery

  • Order cancelled by AroundBy or vendor

All issues must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Delay in delivery due to external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

  • Minor packaging issues that do not affect product quality

4. Return Conditions (Non-Perishable Items Only)

For eligible non-perishable products:

  • Return requests must be raised within the specified time window

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

Approval of returns is subject to verification.

5. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund timelines depend on the payment provider and bank policies

  • In some cases, refunds may be issued as wallet credits

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or packed

  • Once packed or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible

7. Misuse of Policy

  • Abuse of refund or return requests may lead to account suspension or restrictions

  • AroundBy reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action
