1. What We Do

AroundBy is a hyperlocal quick commerce platform that connects users with local vendors, service providers, and delivery partners.

AroundBy does not manufacture products. We enable fast delivery and service fulfillment through our network.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

  • You must keep your login credentials secure

  • AroundBy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and vendor confirmation

  • Prices may change based on vendor updates, demand, or errors

  • Payments must be completed through approved methods on the platform

  • Once an order is confirmed, it may not always be cancellable

We strive for accuracy; however, occasional errors may occur and will be corrected when identified.

4. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Delivery partners operate independently within the AroundBy ecosystem

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may not be cancelled once processing has started

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after verification of the issue

  • Refund timelines depend on the payment provider

Misuse of cancellation or refund requests may result in account action.

6. Products & Services

  • Products are listed and supplied by independent vendors

  • AroundBy does not control manufacturing or guarantee product quality

  • Service providers are independent professionals

AroundBy will assist in resolving issues but is not directly responsible for vendor-specific defects.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform

  • Abuse or harm vendors, delivery partners, or staff

  • Place false, misleading, or harmful orders

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using AroundBy, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

9. Platform Availability

  • AroundBy may update, modify, or temporarily suspend services at any time

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AroundBy shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Vendor-related product issues

  • Delays caused by external factors beyond our control

11. Changes to Terms

AroundBy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
